The Real Purpose of Gun Control

"A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government."

It is obvious from the first 4 quotes that the "goal" is to turn our GREAT Republic, based on our Constitution and the freedoms it guarantees, into a "Socialist" (communist) state based on Tyrannical rule with no freedoms. But, in order to accomplish this goal they must first, using the guise of "safety for our citizens", DISARM the people.

Adolph Hitler's plans to "rule the world" included the invasion of the United States. The ONE GREATEST OBSTACLE to his invasion plan was that the people of the U.S. were "well armed".

The "right to keep and bear arms" is not soley intended to help us to be safe from crime in our homes. The 2nd Amendment was crafted, mainly, to prevent our own Government officials, and/or other persons, from using TYRANNY to govern us.

The question is: "which of these philosophies will you subscribe to?"
